About The Position

The RN Pediatric Fellowship Program at Baylor Scott & White Health is a comprehensive six-month training initiative designed for clinical nurses to enhance their competencies in pediatric care. This full-time fellowship offers specialized training in areas such as the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Emergency Department (ED), and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), focusing on the delivery of safe, high-quality care. The program includes orientation, classroom lessons, simulation, practice-based learning, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• 18 months of nursing experience preferred (12 months minimum).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Two recommendation letters (one from current leadership).
• Curriculum vitae with resume.
