Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients. Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with healthcare providers. Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients. Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately. Works collaboratively with physician. Reviews orders. Reports abnormal lab values and significant changes in patient findings. Works collaboratively with patients and family to establish a plan of care, which would include an assessment of psychosocial needs.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse: CA
  • Basic Life Support - CPR
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Newborn ICU.

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 90 Days
  • Stable Program
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing
