The role you'll contribute: Responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care to groups of patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position delivers patient-centered care by collaborating with physicians, patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Additionally, this role administers medications and treatments as prescribed, monitors patient responses, and adjusts care plans as needed. In addition, this position supervises and teaches other personnel in the theory and performance of nursing acts, ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and accrediting body standards. Responsibilities for this role include maintaining high standards of care, promoting wellness, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team.
