About The Position
The RN Patient Safety Risk Manager at St. Charles Health System is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and coordination of the organization's Risk Management and Patient Safety program. This role aims to maintain patient safety across various facilities and service areas by developing effective systems for risk identification, investigation, and mitigation. The position promotes a proactive approach to patient safety, aligning with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles. The RN Patient Safety Risk Manager serves as a Subject Matter Expert in areas such as Root Cause Analysis and National Patient Safety Goals, and collaborates with various departments to enhance clinical services and safety standards.
