RN Patient Care Advocate - Patient Experience Full-time, first shift Job Description: The Patient Care Advocate receives, handles, and responds to patient complaints/grievances and other needs. Serve as a liaison by listening to concerns, identifying opportunities for improvement, and seeking solutions through the appropriate administrative channels. Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient care and promote positive patient, family, physician, and caregiver communication. Serve as the Patient & Family Engagement (PFE) Coordinator, providing leadership to the Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC). Assist patients and the public with executing advance directives. Coordinate operational tasks related to the patient experience survey process
