Requirements
- Current AZ State Nursing License
- TB test
- CPR
- Fingerprint clearance
- Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
- Reliable transportation, AZ Driver's License & Auto Insurance
- Experience with Quad care, Assessments, Bowel and Bladder care
- Good communication skills and timely documentation
