About The Position
Provides direct patient care to the patients in the post anesthesia setting using the nursing process. Must be able to manage the care of assigned patients and cope with rapid patient turnover and high census. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to patients of all ages.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Successful completion of the Basic Arrhythmia Class and Conscious Sedation Class is required, ACLS, and PALS
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Georgia. BLS CPR required
- One year nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Routine and critical care nursing skills.
