Scripps Green offers a wide range of clinical and surgical services, including organ transplantation, oncology care, cardiothoracic and orthopedic surgery, interventional cardiology and blood and bone marrow transplantation. Requirements
- One year of recent RN experience in an acute care setting within PACU or ICU
- California Registered Nurse License
- Current BLS, ACLS from American Heart Association certifications
- Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
- Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.
- Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Telemetry experience
- PACU experience
Responsibilities
- Assess the patient’s overall condition during the pre- post anesthesia period
- Monitor heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and respiration
- Manage pain and nausea
