About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team at a Pain Management Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). This full-time position requires a compassionate nurse who is willing to work 4 to 5 days per week, splitting time between our facilities in Griffin and Stockbridge, GA. Provide high-quality post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from pain management procedures. Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition during the immediate postoperative period. Assess and manage pain effectively, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition. Educate patients and families regarding postoperative care and pain management techniques.

Requirements

  • Current and valid RN license in the state of Georgia.
  • Experience working in a PACU setting, preferably within a Pain Management ASC.
  • Willingness to work 4 to 5 days per week, rotating between Griffin and Stockbridge locations.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

  • ICU or Emergency Room (ER) experience is highly preferred.
