We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: Design and deliver training programs and educational materials to ensure accurate outpatient CDI, risk adjustment coding, and documentation practices. Conduct one-on-one small group provider education sessions on outpatient clinical documentation best practices and workflows within UW Health. Serve as a subject matter expert for providers with questions or concerns related to HCC coding and documentation. Collaborate with UW Health providers to ensure that clinical documentation supports the coding of relevant conditions and diagnoses based on industry best practices.
