About The Position

Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention. Pay range: - Hourly $49.00 - $87.12 Overlake Hospital is seeking a RN to support our Cardiology Outpatient Imaging. This nurse will work primarily performing cardiac imaging exams: Coronary CTA, Cardiac PET, Stress Echo Treadmill, Exercise Treadmill, and Nuclear Stress Studies. Nurse will start IVs for Bubble studies and medication injection Per Diem - Day Shift

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required, BSN preferred
• Current WA state RN license
• Healthcare provider CPR Certification (BLS) and ACLS
• Strong EKG skills (cardiac exam competency)
• Stress test experience highly preferred
• Conscious sedation experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with procedural sedation, critical care, or ED nursing.
• Cardiac experience is highly desired for coverage in CT, MRI, and Echo.
• Note - RNs hired into units that require a competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation will be required to take a rhythm assessment in their first week. This will include standard cardiac rhythms, dysrhythmias and paced rhythms.
