Fairview Park Hospital is a 175+ bed acute-care hospital serving the City of Dublin, Laurens County, and the surrounding communities. Requirements

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
  • (RN) Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and reassess patient condition.
  • Initiate plan of care.
  • Recognize and report change in condition, evaluate care, update and revise plan of care.
  • Provide safe patient care.
  • Maintain and apply correct nursing standards and clinical competency including National Patient Safety Goals.
  • Apply critical thinking skills in conjunction with facility policies and procedures to prioritize and problem solve.
  • Meet the personal and practical needs of the patient and families as described in 'Patients First Service'.
  • Use appropriate and effective communication skills.
  • Accept accountability for completion of assignments, demonstrates reliability and dependability (including compliance with the attendance policy), and utilize time and material cost-effectively.
  • Continue self-development, provide leadership and actively participate in Performance Improvement Activities.
  • Direct others as needed.
  • Reflect HCA values and its ethical and compliance principles in his/her daily activities (Code of Conduct).
