The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. Our practice is located at the convenient location of 4 Centennial Drive in Peabody, MA! Our practice focuses on orthopedic care, addressing conditions related to bones, joints, muscles, and connective tissue. We see patients for a range of non‑surgical and surgical orthopedic issues — including sports injuries, joint pain, and other musculoskeletal concerns. We are seeking a full time, 40-hour RN to support our practice. The practice operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00PM. We’re looking for an experienced RN to be an essential part of our orthopedic team. Our orthopedic practice is seeking a skilled and proactive clinical professional to collaborate closely with providers and staff in a fast-paced environment. This role includes triaging patient needs such as wound care, post-operative concerns, and medication-related questions. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support with in-office procedures, including PRP treatments and injections, while ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care. An orthopedic background is strongly preferred. We value organized, anticipatory team members who can effectively support providers, enhance office workflow, and contribute to an exceptional patient experience. Job Summary Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Nursing required and Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
  • Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - required
  • Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
  • Proficient knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - preferred
  • Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred
  • Orthopedic background is strongly preferred.
  • Epic experience preferred
  • Organized, anticipatory team members who can effectively support providers, enhance office workflow, and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
  • Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
  • Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
