About The Position
The Perioperative Nursing Training Program is a comprehensive 9-month preceptorship aimed at introducing registered nurses to the field of perioperative nursing. This program combines theoretical instruction with hands-on clinical experience, preparing participants to care for surgical patients throughout their surgical journey. The curriculum is guided by AORN's Perioperative 101 Course, and learners will receive specialized clinical training under the supervision of experienced preceptors.
