About The Position
The RN or LPN Staff Nurse at Adams Woodcrest coordinates personalized nursing care by collaborating with the healthcare team, educating residents and families, and providing leadership to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. They plan, implement, and document nursing interventions, assist physicians during examinations, perform tests, and administer medications within their scope of practice. The nurse promotes resident independence through goal setting and education, demonstrating strong communication skills to manage the night shift and make critical decisions alongside other caregivers, all while adhering to the standards and mission of Adams Health Network.
Requirements
- Valid RN or LPN License in the State of Indiana
- BLS/CPR Certification

Benefits
- Eligible for a Sign-On Bonus at 0.6 FTE or Higher - RN: $20,000 / LPN: $12,000
- Medical coverage on your 1st day of employment
- All other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date
- Eligible for benefits at 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week) or Higher
