About The Position

Seeking Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse! Baptist Health Floyd, 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit Full-time (36 Hours Weekly), Nights (7pm-7am) Benefit Eligible No Weekend Requirement! $$ Sign On Bonus Eligible for Experienced Candidates Only $$ Job Duties: In this role, the RN or LPN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. About the Unit: The Innovation Unit, also known as 3AC, is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital. Nurses will care for a wide range of medical diagnosis and conditions. The Innovation Unit serves as a wonderful opportunity for new graduate LPN and RNs to start nursing careers and is complimented by seasoned nurses who share their expertise. Position/Opportunity Highlights: Self-Scheduling Every 3rd weekend rotation for NA’s and NO WEEKEND requirement for nurses Work 1 summer and 1 winter holiday ONLY

Requirements

Current Indiana or compact state RN or LPN license
BLS for Healthcare Provider required
