RN or LPN - Med Surg
About The Position
The RN or LPN on the Med/Surg unit is responsible for delivering coordinated, high-quality nursing care to hospitalized patients, including patient and family education. They work collaboratively with the healthcare team to foster a safe, comfortable environment and perform thorough assessments to monitor patient status. Demonstrating competence in essential nursing skills, they ensure timely admissions and ongoing evaluations, applying their knowledge of development principles to address each patient’s unique needs. Committed to professional growth, they actively pursue educational opportunities to stay current and improve their practice in line with the organization’s standards and mission.
Requirements
- 36 hours per week
- Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
- BLS/CPR Certification Required
- ACLS and PALS Certifications Required Within 6 Months of Hire
Responsibilities
- Delivering coordinated, high-quality nursing care to hospitalized patients, including patient and family education

Benefits
- Sign-on bonus - RN: $20,000
- Sign-on bonus - LPN: $12,000
- Medical coverage on your first day of employment
- All other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date
