The RN, under the supervision of the Nurse Team Leader, is responsible for the nursing care of assigned patients and directs others (LPNs, Techs) in patient care. The RN will deliver care based on patient needs appropriate for the infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, or geriatric patient while demonstrating an interest in a patient-centered approach to total nursing care.

Requirements

• Alabama RN/LPN License required.
• Must have BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
• Possess the ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Maintain a professional, positive demeanor while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the nursing care of assigned patients.
• Directs others (LPNs, Techs) in patient care.
• Delivers care based on patient needs appropriate for various age groups.
• Demonstrates a patient-centered approach to total nursing care.
