About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care to patients undergoing operative and invasive procedures. The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team.

Requirements

• Valid NJ RN License.
• Associates Degree (Required); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Relevant experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Nice To Haves

• AORN Certification Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and planning appropriate care.
• Implementing care plans and evaluating patient outcomes.
• Delegating patient care tasks to other healthcare team members.
• Providing care to patients undergoing operative and invasive procedures.
