About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN-OR) to assist surgeons and circulators in providing safe, high-quality surgical care. The RN will maintain a sterile environment and support perioperative procedures, including on-call responsibilities. Location: Morristown, VT (ZIP: 05661) Facility: Copley Health Systems, Inc. Employment Type: Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 26/01/2026 Shift: Rotating Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Unit: Operating Room (Circulation & Scrub)
Requirements
- Active RN license (VT or compact, as applicable)
- Recent Operating Room (OR) experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Willingness to take on-call assignments
Responsibilities
- Assist the circulator and surgeon during surgical procedures
- Perform circulating duties as needed
- Maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with all policies and procedures
- Adhere to State and Federal healthcare regulations
- Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled
