About The Position

RN Operating Room Circulator Orthopaedic South Surgical Center is hiring Operating Room Registered Nurse, Full Time Welcome to Orthopaedic South Surgical Center At Orthopaedic South Surgical Center, we believe health and care are inseparable. Pain Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) at Orthopaedic South Surgical Center The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: if applicable.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in surgical procedures in orthopaedic and pain specialties.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• Position and prep the patient for surgery.
• Circulate the surgical case.
• Work directly with surgeons, medical/surgical staff, and post-acute caregivers to create comprehensive patient care from pre- to post-op.
