About The Position
Perform individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice. Complete documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner. Adhere to case management model for assigned patients working with physicians for effective throughput. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality. RNEducation: Associate’s degree in nursing and AL state licensure required. BSN preferred. Experience: One year of experience preferred. Must pass medication test.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing
- AL state licensure
- Must pass medication test
- Excellent interpersonal skills required
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills required
- Must be ACLS certified within 1 year of hire date
