As an RN Clinic Supervisor in our Oncology Clinics, you’ll provide leadership while making a meaningful difference for patients with cancer and hematologic conditions. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to: Partner with the RN Clinic Manager to support daily clinic operations and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Assist with day-to-day clinic operations and patient care coordination. Supervise and support a skilled, collaborative clinical team. Promote continuing education and evidence-based nursing practice. Facilitate communication and collaboration across disciplines. Support safe, efficient, and cost-effective care delivery. Lead teams caring for patients receiving advanced therapies, including chemotherapy, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T cell therapy. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
  • 2 years of RN experience Required
  • RN licensed in the state where employed Required

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
