Requirements

  • Current, active RN license in California — in good standing
  • 2+ years nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and compassionate in all situations
  • CPR certification required

Nice To Haves

  • Rehab/restorative nursing knowledge a plus
  • PCC (PointClickCare) experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shifts
  • Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction
  • Complete admissions, transfers, discharges, and evaluations
  • Provide direct hands-on nursing care as needed (IVs, treatments, specimen collection, vital checks, etc.)
  • Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with physician orders
  • Monitor resident changes and communicate with physicians and families
  • Participate in care planning and documentation procedures
  • Help maintain regulatory compliance, infection control, and safety standards
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and team-focused environment
