Requirements

Current, active RN license in California — in good standing
2+ years nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to remain calm, organized, and compassionate in all situations
CPR certification required

Nice To Haves

Rehab/restorative nursing knowledge a plus
PCC (PointClickCare) experience preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shifts
Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction
Complete admissions, transfers, discharges, and evaluations
Provide direct hands-on nursing care as needed (IVs, treatments, specimen collection, vital checks, etc.)
Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with physician orders
Monitor resident changes and communicate with physicians and families
Participate in care planning and documentation procedures
Help maintain regulatory compliance, infection control, and safety standards
Promote a positive, respectful, and team-focused environment
