About The Position
The RN On Call provides skilled nursing assessment (within scope of practice) and care to terminally ill patients in the Hospice of Hope service area after normal business hours and on weekends as scheduled. Provides supportive nursing care to patients and families in time of need for increased services. Meets referred patients to educate on the benefits of hospice care and to complete the admission process.
