The Occupational Health RN performs a variety of nursing duties to maintain and promote the health of OSF employees and the employees of outside client companies. This role includes assisting physicians during pre-employment physical examinations, counseling employees exposed to diseases, and preparing records and reports on various employee health matters. The RN also assists with medical exams and screenings for all Occupational Health clients, demonstrating the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care that is appropriate to the ages of the clients served.
