Challenges include high-stakes environments requiring quick decision-making and adaptation to diverse patient needs, particularly during emergency situations like Code C-sections or Code Pink alerts. Your role will also involve leadership, supervising patient care teams to ensure high-quality care delivery and efficiency. The nursing process observation, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation guides all your activities, aiming for excellence in patient outcomes.
