This position is for a part-time or full-time Night RN, offering an opportunity to expand skills, knowledge, and experience with a variety of patients in a collaborative and supportive nursing and provider team. The role includes low RN to patient ratios, a robust onboarding and orientation process with a clinical educator team to ensure success, and the opportunity to cross-train to the main Emergency Department. Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required.
• Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] required.
• Clinical nursing experience of 0-1 year required.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS] preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification [NRP] preferred.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification [PALS] preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
