About The Position

Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced RN to lead clinical operations and manage day-to-day care delivery in their skilled nursing facility. Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Illinois
• Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
• Strong understanding of survey processes and regulatory standards
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive accountability

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical systems, staffing coordination, and daily care delivery
• Support and develop nurse managers and unit-level leadership
• Monitor quality measures and implement performance improvements
• Maintain survey readiness and ensure regulatory compliance
• Partner with administration on staffing strategy and clinical operations
