POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse (RN) ensures quality and safe delivery of services and coordinates conditions of these services that reflect the Agency’s philosophy and the standards of health and nursing care of assigned clients. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a program accredited school of nursing required. Legally-Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland. Experienced as an RN with one of the following: 1 year of acute care experience. 1 year of intermittent home health care experience. 1 year of experience in community health or public health nursing. 1 year of experience in pediatric care. Maryland driver’s license and automobile insurance. CPR card. Health clearance/Physical within 12 months. Criminal background clearance. Reliable transportation. Good written and verbal communication skills. I-9 Documentation. Social Security. W-4 Federal Income Tax Forms. State Tax Forms. TB or Chest X-Ray within 12 months. Hepatitis B series/declination. At least Two (2) letters of reference (must be in good standing).
