Requirements

Valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to navigate a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities

Drive Change Management: Serve as a pivotal link between management and clinical staff during the transition to the new building.
Clinical Oversight: Supervise daily nursing activities, ensuring high-quality resident care and strict regulatory compliance.
Team Mentorship: Onboard, train, and coach staff on new 2026 protocols and equipment for the July opening.
Operational Excellence: Manage staffing schedules, conduct clinical assessments, and lead interdisciplinary care meetings.
