As an RN nurse supervisor, you will: supervise the day to day activities of assigned residents and employees coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided to each resident using clinical competence review and audit compliance with the patient's plan of care and changing needs provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements

• current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
• degree from an accredited school of nursing

Nice To Haves

• wound care certification is preferred

Responsibilities
