Great skill-building career launch for new grads Seven weeks of instruction: online classroom, in-person lab, and precepted clinical care Safe skills practice in a unique simulation lab setting Independent work in the home setting only when you are comfortable and ready Dedicated clinical mentor throughout the program Opportunities to work with clients of all ages, diagnoses, and needs
Requirements
- A nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona or multiple state nursing license
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships and create positive outcomes providing safe, one-on-one care
- Monitor clients' conditions
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to nursing management
