About The Position
The BAYADA Nurse Residency Program is a paid, new graduate residency program in home care, accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. The program offers one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting using Statewise. New nurses receive in-depth paid training from day one, access to award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs, around-the-clock clinical support, and short commute times. Clinical Managers provide dedicated support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident in their skills.
