About The Position

North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is looking to hire both full-time Nurse Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Requirements

  • RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
  • Desire to work with the elderly

  • Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide total care for residents, monitoring their condition and needs.
  • Follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments.
  • Ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed.
  • Monitor for side effects and report any changes in residents' conditions.
  • Oversee nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff to ensure resident care plans are followed.
  • Complete documentation for admissions and discharges.
  • Report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect found during care.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
