About The Position

We are seeking an RN Nurse Manager at our Knights Road and Mt. Airy Avenue Sites in Philadelphia, PA. The Registered Nurse Manager is a primary member of an outpatient treatment team in the clinic based behavioral health programs for Merakey of Philadelphia at both our Knights road and Mt Airy Avenue sites.

Requirements

Active RN license in PA.
Two years of nursing experience required.
One year of experience in a mental health setting with adults required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Clozapine REMs and Clozapine protocol preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversight and management of Clozapine Support Services offered at both clinic locations
1x per month clinic that includes administration of medications
Entry of lab work into PA REMS (Riske Evaluation and Mitigation System)
Follow up with clients, pharmacy and prescribers as needed
Administration of Long Acting Injectables as prescribed
Collaboration with prescribers for completion of Prior Authorizations and other medication needs
Management of nursing offices including samples, medications and supplies.
Overall support of client needs in relation to psychiatric medication support
Position requires RN Manager to oversee two locations (2 days in 19154 and 3 days in 19119 each week)
