About The Position

As the Nurse Manager you are responsible for the management and leadership of a specific nursing unit under the direction of the Director of Nursing. They also direct and implements the nursing process. This includes systematic data collection, assessment, development of care plan, implementation of care plan and revision of plan. The Nurse Manager manages and supervises the care of residents through a well-defined care delivery system. Requirements

  • Must have current registration, as a Registered Nurse, in the State of Minnesota.
  • Must have successfully completed or seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care for the health care provider.
  • Must possess the ability to communicate verbally and in writing when directing the care of residents.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community.
  • Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree.
