About The Position
RN Nurse Manager of our Preop / Postop units within Perioperative Services at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts. Directs and supervises functions and activities in assigned areas. Provides leadership in the professional practice setting. Implements and interprets policies, procedures, standards, and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public. Provides duties in any nursing capacity as needed. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Or Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Additional experience may be required in some areas based on specialty programs
- Within 30 days of hire: California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization
- Coursework/Training: Management of Aggressive Behavior within 90 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- 2 years clinical experience in area of specialty
