About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RN – Nurse Educator to support inpatient Maternal Child Health (MCH) services. This role will provide clinical education and professional development support across multiple inpatient units, including Labor & Delivery (L&D), NICU, Mother-Baby Unit (MBU), and Pediatrics . The ideal candidate has strong L&D experience and demonstrated ability to educate and support clinical staff in a hospital setting.

Requirements

• Active New York State RN License
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience
• Strong inpatient clinical background
• Ability to educate and support staff across multiple MCH units
• AHA BLS Certification
• Primary Source Verification of RN license via NYSED
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited program

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Education (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and ongoing support for inpatient MCH units
• Support staff education in L&D, NICU, postpartum, and pediatric units
• Promote best practices, competency validation, and professional development
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams
