About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Educator to support clinical staff through education, training, and clinical guidance. This role requires a strong clinical background and experience to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to professional standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Solid clinical background
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program
• Active New York State RN License
• Primary Source Verification from NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
• AHA BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver educational programs and training for nursing staff
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to enhance staff competencies
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure adherence to hospital policies and best practices
• Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives within clinical units
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care
• Support compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices, policies, and procedures
