The Novice Nurse Training Program at Maxim Healthcare Services is designed for new graduate RNs and those with less than one year of experience. This program offers a unique training opportunity where novice nurses will partner with experienced Maxim nurses to receive real-time feedback, mentorship, and hands-on experience in patient care within a home setting. Participants will learn essential nursing skills, including care management and critical thinking, with the support of a clinical supervising team available 24/7.
