About The Position
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Fairacres Manor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to residents. This position requires a commitment to excellence and a compassionate approach to patient care. You will be responsible for planning and delivering nursing care in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and monitor residents' conditions, providing professional nursing care in accordance with care plans and doctor's orders. In this role, you will also be responsible for coordinating resident admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed in compliance with government regulations and company policies. You will perform assessment functions to identify changes in residents' physical or psychological conditions, ensuring that nursing histories are accurately recorded in medical records. Your ability to initiate emergency support measures when needed will be essential in maintaining the safety and well-being of residents.
