Partners In Care (PIC) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and the largest, oldest provider of home health, palliative care, and hospice services in Central Oregon. Serving Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties, our dedicated team of over 200 employees and 150 volunteers delivers compassionate, patient-centered care across a 10,000-square-mile area. Hours: 5 pm to 8 am (15-hour shifts), 2-3 shifts per week. Applicable standby pay and shift differentials. Summary/Objective: The RN Night Operations provides comprehensive hospice care across multiple settings during the night hours. This dynamic role primarily focuses on field-based, on-call responsibilities, delivering timely and compassionate care to patients and families in their homes. When not actively responding to field calls, the RN will provide meal and rest break coverage, as well as light patient care, at our inpatient Hospice House. Additional duties may include assisting with chart audits to support continuous quality improvement across the organization. These secondary duties support overall care continuity and uphold clinical excellence.
