Spring New Graduate Nurses Estimated start date: June -July 2026, the New Graduate Nurse Program will offer varied start dates based on graduation and NCLEX dates. ICU/PCU Our combined PCU and ICU is a 10-bed unit that allows us to care for high acuity patients without having to move the patient between ICU and step down. Our rooms are large allowing us to move freely around the room while providing care to our critical patients. We provide an excellent orientation with the assistance of our clinical education team with a focus of ACLS, PALS, Basic Arrhythmias, ICU Core training, Critical Drips and Moderate Sedation. We believe in self-care to and provide a respite room on the unit to decompress; you can enjoy relaxing music, tea, and a snack while coloring, reading inspirational quotes or writing on rocks and watching your worry wash away. Patient ratios: ICU 1 RN: 2 Patients, PCU 1: 3-4 Patients Summary: Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards. Reporting and accountable to the Nurse Manager/Director, the Clinical Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.
