Overview Now Hiring 2025 New Graduate Nurses with graduation dates in May, August and December. Responsibilities Program Highlights · A 12-month program to support you in the transition into professional practice. · A series of thoughtfully developed sessions that will enhance skills in critical thinking, assessment, leadership and clinical decision making. · Participation in this program is a part of the regular work assignment. · Connect with other new graduate nurses from across all care areas within the hospital setting. · Opportunities to develop evidence-based practice improvements that directly impact your care area. · Ongoing continuing education and professional development opportunities. · Dedicated nurse educators are available both during and following the program. Nurse Resident Required Program Participation during the 12 month program: · Monthly cohort meetings · Monthly self paced program content · Completion of Residency Project

Requirements

Diploma from an RN program.
Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state.
Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.
Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
