About The Position
Sentara invites you to our annual RN New grad hiring event: What it’s like to be a new grad RN at Sentara. You are invited! This event is for you if you are a new grad RN with less than 12 months in a professional RN role or if you will graduate by spring of 2026. Learn about how to join our team, hear from experts about our Nurse Residency Program, and network with Sentara leaders who will be conducting interviews. Qualified candidates will be eligible for a new grad sign on bonus of $7,500 with Med Surg departments offering an additional $4,500. Don’t miss these new grad-centered events!
