The RN - Neurotrauma ICU position at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital involves working in a specialized 12 bed ICU that focuses on the care of Trauma and Neurosurgery patients, including those requiring Epilepsy Monitoring post-operatively. The unit also serves as an alternate for operative stroke patients and other surgical patients, including general surgery. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and customer service, demonstrating respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in all interactions. You will assume primary accountability for nursing coordination and provision of individualized care for patients of all ages, utilizing delegation and critical thinking skills in a collaborative team environment.
