Cleveland Clinic's M60 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) is a 15-bed, Level 4 unit that provides expert care to adult patients with suspected or confirmed seizure disorders. Caregivers in this unit are deeply passionate about caring for both the physical and mental aspects of epilepsy, as many patients experience high levels of anxiety due to the uncertainty of the diagnosis process. M60 caregivers have said that caring for the whole person brings meaning and purpose to their day and enjoy the comfortable pace of this collaborative and supportive unit. A caregiver in this position works day/night Rotation, from 7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:00am.
