About The Position
The RN - Neuro Critical Care position is for a new unit opening at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, which will feature a 12 bed ICU specializing in the care of non-traumatic brain injuries and other diagnoses including Ischemic and Hemorrhagic Stroke, Seizure Disorders, Brain Tumor/Cancer, and Neuromuscular Conditions. As a registered nurse, you are expected to deliver high-quality care and customer service, demonstrating respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in all interactions. RNs will assume primary accountability for nursing coordination and provision of individualized care for patients of all ages, utilizing delegation and critical thinking skills in a collaborative approach to patient care.
