Responsibilities

  • Deliver healthcare education sessions to patients
  • Assess patient understanding and progress
  • Develop personalized educational materials
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient education
  • Conduct follow-up consultations to reinforce learning
  • Maintain accurate patient education records
  • Research and integrate new educational resources
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
